Apartment 1 – Classroom 1

The building of František Kinský mountain lodge has once been a local school. And that is why our apartments are referred to as classrooms. Classroom 1 is ideal for a family holiday. It can lodge up to six persons. The apartment has three separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and two smaller ones for the children or grandchildren – each of these with one bunk bed. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with two large refrigerators and a separate dining room with a TV, behind two doors from the bedrooms so your evening desk games or watching TV won’t disturb those who have already gone to bed. A quick morning start of a grand hike is easier with two separate toilets, a separate shower and two washbasins, again in their own separate space. The apartment is situated on the ground floor so you can also pass the backpacks and other items through the windows when loading or unloading the car. The kitchen and the dining room windows overlook the St. Aloysius church and the private car park. From the bedroom windows you can see the church and the outdoor seating area.

Apartment 2 – Classroom 2

The 2nd school grade classroom in our “old school” is ideal for larger families or groups of friends, colleagues, and sports enthusiasts. It can lodge up to ten persons. There are two separate bedrooms with double beds and one large room with two bunk beds and two single beds to comfortably lodge six more people. We refer to this room as the Children’s Room. The concept of this apartment is based on an idea that the parents or grandparents sleep in privacy in the separate bedrooms, while all the children sleep together. This tends to be the best alternative for a bunch of kids on holiday, having fun all day and sharing their experiences before bedtime. The Children’s Room has plenty of space for play, a table and a carpet for desk games, as well as a plush mammoth who is the signature mascot of Dolní Morava. There is a wooden abacus as a reminder of the old schoolhouse. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with two large refrigerators. There is a spacious dining table for ten. Getting ready for a morning or evening outing is easier with three separate toilets, three showers, and four washbasins in a designated bathroom. The apartment is situated on the ground floor so you can pass the espressos or cappuccinos from the Dolce Gusto coffee machines, wine glasses or barbecue utensils through the windows. The kitchen and dining room windows overlook the St. Aloysius church and the outdoor seating area. A special storage box for skis, cross-country skis and snowboards is situated in the corridor, as well as a heated closet for all your outdoor garments. This is a barrier-free apartment.

Apartment 3 – Classroom 3

Our third apartment offers lodging for up to ten persons. There are two separated bedrooms with double beds plus two other bedrooms, each with one bunk bed and one single bed. The apartment allows the parents or grandparents sleep in privacy in their bedrooms, with the children’s rooms between them which the little ones can share with their siblings, friends, or grannies. All the partner bedrooms in the house are equipped with large mirrors that come handy when getting ready for a night out. Classroom 3 has a fully equipped kitchen with two large refrigerators and a dining room separated from the bedrooms by two doors so that early birds and night owls can cohabitate in peace without disturbing each other. A comfortable holiday with a group of friends is much easier with two separate toilets, two separate showers and two washbasins in a designated bathroom area. The apartment is situated on the first floor, with a view of the St. Aloysius church. A special storage box for skis, cross-country skis and snowboards is situated in the corridor, as well as a heated closet for all your outdoor garments.

Apartment 4 – Classroom 4

Classroom 4 is the largest and sunniest of all our apartments. It is the ideal accommodation for larger families or groups of friends, colleagues, and sports enthusiasts. It is a more spacious version of Apartment 2 and can lodge up to ten persons. There are two separate bedrooms with double beds and one large room with two bunk beds and two single beds to comfortably lodge six more people. We refer to this room as the Children’s Room.
