- Children will enjoy a fun sleepover with the mammoth: in spacious and colourful bedrooms with a wooden abacus as a reminder of the old schoolhouse.
- Explore with Aloysius: small figures of St. Aloysius as a walker with a backpack and angel’s wings, designed by Tereza Fabiánková in her textile workshop Šité drobnosti, are waiting in each of the classrooms (apartments). Aloysius looks forward to exploring with you. Take him out on a walk, hike, toboggan run, the Skywalk tower, or to the newly opened Sky Bridge -721. Send us your pictures and share them on the social media with the hashtag #apartmanyuAloise or #saloisemnacestach. However, do not forget that his home is in the mountains: wave Aloysius goodbye and leave him where you found him so that other visitors can explore with him as well. Thank you.
- We have thought also of the youngest visitors: we will put up a crib, high chair, and baby bathing equipment upon your request.
- Relax with a view of the Empire-style church of St. Aloysius: on the outdoor seating area with a barbecue, fire pit and a play sand pit. The firewood is ready and so are the roasting forks.
- Picnic: picnic baskets and trays to help you throw an outdoor lunch are available in each of the four fully equipped kitchens.
- Espresso and cappuccino right in your kitchen. Make it yourself with our Dolce Gusto coffee machines. You can sip your coffee directly on the terrace in front of the house.

Aloysius Apartments: in the heart of Dolní Morava
In March 2022 I have first visited a house which belongs among the historical sights of Dolní Morava. A villa in a quiet part of the village, literally next door to the Empire-style church of St. Aloysius. A place with a distinct character, its unique identity, an inimitable atmosphere and magic.
It has once been a school and a kindergarten, and so the locals refer to this house, now after a major reconstruction, as the old school. Being old school does not mean obsolete, it stands for honesty and good manners. Fate has brought me to this part of the world to give me wonderful friends who have joined me in the effort of caring of this special house, with enthusiasm, hard work, and love.
Over just one month we did our best to open four spacious apartments with all the necessary comfort for you. The school history reflects in the names given to the apartments built in what have once been classrooms.
At the age of 74 I have discovered yet another beautiful and inspiring part of our country. Six kilometres away from here, below the summit of the Králický Sněžník, originates the Morava River. It had given the name to the village located on the border between Orlické hory and Jeseníky mountains. Just a few metres away from us the course of the river had represented the historical border between Bohemia and Moravia. A part of the picturesque Dolní Morava belongs within the National Nature Reserve of Králický Sněžník.
A proverb says that a house without people is like a bell without a clapper. And that no house is too small to take up many friends. So come to relax, enjoy new experiences, and explore with us.

- Cooking and dining: our fully equipped kitchens with all the standard appliances and utensils allow you to cook anything, anytime. The local grocery shop is just 170 metres away. Walking through Dolní Morava, you will find many modern and traditional restaurants offering a wide selection of dishes, drinks, and local specialities. Guests can order breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel 400 m away, exclusively according to the instructions and prior agreement at the place of accommodation.
- Parking: leave your cars in the car park reserved for the clients of our apartment house, just off the villa. Bikes can be left in a secure lockable and monitored garage. There are special storage boxes for skis and snowboards, as well as heated cupboards to hang outdoor garments – you will find these in the corridors of each of the apartments.
- Washing machine and dryer: available in the shared areas in the hall. (Iron and ironing board upon request and previous notice).
- Desk games: a selection of good games available on the upper floor of the hall.
- Mushroom basket: borrow one in the lower part of the hall.
- Sports equipment: a ball, badminton and turnball are placed behind the front door.
- Barrier-free apartment: Apartment No 2 / Classroom 2; barrier-free access to the villa for wheelchair-bound visitors with assistance: there are metal tracks behind the front door.

How to reach us
By car:
From Olomouc or Pardubice follow road No 11 in the direction to Králíky. In Králíky, take the first exit on the roundabout in the direction to Červený potok along road No 312. In Červený potok, turn left just before the church in the direction to Dolní Morava, and then continue to Velká Morava. Cross the bridge and turn sharp right after the Konzum grocery store and bus station; follow uphill for about 100 metres to the small parking lot in front of the Aloysius Apartments. Your holiday has just begun.
By bus:
From Králíky take a bus to Dolní Morava – obchod (shop) and take a sharp turn to the right, it is a short walk up a small hill before you reach the parking lot in front of the Aloysius Apartments. Welcome to Dolní Morava and enjoy your holiday.
