How the card works

SNĚŽNÍKPASS electronic card is a joint project of the Králický Sněžník Tourist Area destination company and all the member municipalities within the area (municipalities of Králíky, Staré Město, Mladkov, Červená Voda, Dolní Morava, and Lichkov).

The card combines collecting of the residence fee from visitors through accommodation providers with discounts on various tourism services (restaurants, cafés, chairlift, adrenalin, experiences, taxi, museum entries, ski bus).

Guests staying in one of the above municipalities fill out the required login data pursuant to the Local Taxation Act and pay the residence fee to their respective accommodation provider. The electronic card is then sent to their mailbox in form of a QR code. This QR code can be uploaded to GooglePay or ApplePay.

With this QR code they can request discounts from partners involved in the system.

Pursuant to Act No 565/1990 Coll. on Local Taxation, as amended, staying guests shall pay the residence fee of up to CZK 21 (from 1 January 2021 up to CZK 50) per day. The current amount of the fee is announced by means of a municipal regulation per the given year. This fee shall be paid by each guest older than 18 to the provider of accommodation where they are staying. The residence fee in Dolní Morava for 2025 is CZK 30 per day.

At the moment the application works only for guests staying in Dolní Morava.
